Print #3 | Spiral Vase
Hey Youtube,
Check out the latest print from my Sunhokey Prusa i3 3D Printer (2015 edition). This was my first trial of the spiralize feature of Slic3r. I printed it at half size as the full size vase was too tall for the print area. It printed 4 base layers then a spiral, one strand thick for the outer walls. It turned out perfect, showing that there was no resonances or distortions as the print carriage rises. I am extremely happy with how this turned out.
