A tiny house with a floor space of 2.2 pyeong (approximately 7.5 sq ft) has appeared in Gwangjin-gu, Seoul. Twenty-five years ago, an investor purchased the land for 10 million won after hearing that apartments were being built in the Jayang-dong area. He promised not to sell until he received the apartment pre-sale rights or a certain amount of land compensation. However, contrary to expectations, the apartments were built around the land. Ultimately, the investor sold the land for 45 million won after 25 years, without even making a profit.

However, the new owner of the land spent 50 million won to build a tiny house. It's a little over 6.5 sq ft (approximately 6.5 sq ft), three stories, and an attic, totaling about 26.5 sq ft (approximately 8.2 sq ft). The first floor is designed as a takeout cafe, while the second and third floors are residential. We visited the tiny house, which has become a hot topic online.
