Manchester Tart - School Dinner Memories
Manchester Tart was a favourite dessert served as part of school dinners in my childhood. So I was happy when a viewer requested a recipe for it. This shortcrust pastry tart, with raspberry jam, custard and coconut is just so delicious. It is also very easy to make.
