Yoghurt Loaf Cake
Yoghurt Loaf Cake - Quick & Easy is exactly that. Ingredients are quickly mixed into a batter and then baked in the oven. This one is flavoured with almond extract and lemon zest, two of my favourite flavours. Additionally the use of light brown sugar gives a slightly darker cake and just a hint of caramel too. This is perfect to slice and enjoy with a cup of tea in the afternoon.
