Onsen Tamago Hot Spring Egg v2 | Japanese Poached Egg Recipe | wa's Kitchen
My previous onsen tamago recipe was using potato starch. So here I wanted to make it more simple. Please note I keep the eggs in the fridge until before boiling. Give them a try!
