The puss in boots
After the miller’s death, his oldest son inherits the mill, the second son a donkey, and the third son a puss. The third son is disappointed and wants to use the cat’s skin for gloves, when the puss promises him great wealth and fortune! All he needs, he says, is a pair of boots to look presentable. Well, the third son obliges.
The puss goes to work, employing his smartness to improve the son’s lot. Soon, he meets the king, and a little later he has to do battle with a powerful sorcerer! Does he have what it takes to overcome the mighty magician?
