One day, a beggar finds a valuable red stone in a river bed. He takes it to the Shah who pays him a lot of money for it. The Shah wants to present the ruby to his daughter at her eighteenth birthday. When that day has come, the Shah goes to get the ruby – but to his surprise, the ruby is gone, and in its place there is a prince!
The prince promises to be at the Shah’s service. The Shah does not have to think long: He wants the prince to kill the mighty dragon in the valley of death! If he succeeds, he may marry the Shah’s daughter Fatima.
Can the ruby prince kill the dragon? And will he win the Shah’s beautiful daughter?
