🕰️ Firmware Update – DIY LED Clock Kit
I've just released a firmware update for my DIY LED clocks, previously sold as kits. This video walks through the changes, which include a few useful refinements:

✨ What's New
Leading Zero Drop – Hours under 10 now display without a leading zero
Optional Seconds Display – Toggle it on or off to suit your taste
Font Tweak – The digit 7 now appears without its “tail” for a cleaner look

⚙️ Hardware Overview
Microcontroller: ATMEGA328P programmed via the Arduino IDE
Real-Time Clock: DS3231M module, battery-backed so no resetting after a power cut
User Input: Three buttons control time setting—mode, hour, and minute. Seconds reset when exiting set mode for easy sync with another source.

🔋 Power & Display
Digit Sizes: Hours and minutes use large 1.8" displays; seconds are 0.8"
Voltage: Runs on 9–12V with onboard regulation for the electronics
LED Power: Displays driven directly from the supply via current-limiting resistors
