Revanth Sainath Killamsetty is a student at UIA International School of Tokyo. He has achieved Gold, Silver, and Bronze Medals in various SOF Olympiads, including the IMO, NSO, NCO, and IEO. He earned the Outstanding Delegation award at UIAMUN and the Best Delegation award at DYIMUN, and reached second place nationally in the History Bowl Asian Championships. Besides his academic achievements, Revanth has aslo participated in several volunteering activities through Hands On Tokyo and has tutored students in Math and Physics after school.
At the CCIR Academy, Revanth's research project, "Industrial Application of Linear Optimization in Possible Facility and Pharmacy Locations using JuMP," explores the use of linear optimization techniques to determine optimal locations for facilities and pharmacies. Utilising the JuMP modelling language, the study aims to enhance decision-making processes in industrial settings by efficiently identifying the best sites for these establishments, improving accessibility and operational efficiency.
Revanth’s recognition in the CCIR Academy underscores his commitment to research, with appreciation for the guidance and support provided by his professor and the CCIR Academy.
