About the project:
The Association of Neighbourhood Houses BC is undertaking the redevelopment of Cedar Cottage Neighbourhood House. The original house was constructed in 1964. The new house will have improved facilities allowing for the continuation of important community programs. Its estimated completion is 2026. Kʷasən-Naikoon Joint Venture is the construction manager on this vital community project.

• Facility with 37 spaces for infants and toddlers for Childcare Programs
• Community living room and kitchen
• Family meeting and activity rooms

Kʷasən-Naikoon Joint Venture is a majority Indigenous owned strategic partnership formed between Kʷasən Enterprises Ltd. and Naikoon Contracting Ltd. to deliver specialized Construction Management, Engineering, and General Construction services across Western Canada.
Kʷasən/Naikoon JV strives to lead the current Indigenous renaissance by creating and building up our Indigenous Ecosystem allowing Host Nations (Musqueam, Squamish, Tsleil-Waututh Nations), Urban Indigenous Peoples and People of Color led businesses to prosper as a collective.
