If you have a great experience with a customer you share it and tag them to it. or say you have a customer that has a great experience and they tags you to it share it. You can even have some fun and create a contest that encourages people to tag share like your business page all of which is done and does not cost you any money.
what it does do is create a buzz online. If you are able to do this this will also mean that you will have more business you will not need to market as much freeing up your marketing budget for other things.
