Final Fantasy IX - Level 1 Freya defeats Meltigemini

Meltigemini is by far the hardest boss in the Level 1 Challenge, as all of his attacks are one-shots. Killing him with a single character at Level 1 was previously considered impossible (like Deathguise), but here I am, proving it can be done (though RNG was also in my favor).
In this battle, we can’t afford to waste time, as we could die at any moment. The optimal strategy is to defeat him in 3 turns. Initially, I considered using Quina with Bad Breath, but it only has a 4.7% chance of landing (Meltigemini would be inflicted with Mini, Darkness, and Slow). Quina only has 15 Magic Stones, so we’d have to activate Auto-Reflect to avoid being hit by Bio. Even if Bad Breath worked, Meltigemini would still kill us with Viral Smoke, Venom Powder, and Wings. Quina would also need 1 HP to use Limit Glove—too many turns and too much RNG involved.
Note: Once Bad Breath takes effect, Meltigemini’s Wings would deal 14 damage to Quina (with 47 Defense and in the Back Row) and a 42% chance to hit.
At this point, I had only two options left: use Zidane or Freya, as both have fixed damage attacks (Thievery and Dragon's Crest). I chose Freya, as she had the highest Evasion (41) at this time. Freya has 18 Magic Stones, so we can’t shield against all of his attacks. We have to take risks and choose wisely. There are practically three possible combinations to try:
• Option 1.- Auto-Reflect (to avoid Bio)
• Option 2.- Distract + Antibody (to avoid Wings but not completely and Venom Powder)
• Option 3.- Auto-Life + Distract (to survive 1 time Viral Smoke or Bio, and to avoid Wings but not completely)
As you can see in all the options we have to take a lot of risk, we have to choose one and hope that the RNG is in our favor. IMO the 3rd option is the best.
Detailed info about Meltigemini's attacks taking into account the skills and equipment that Freya has equipped:

✶ 'Bio' (single-target) deals damage between 270 and 375 with 50% chances to inflict Poison. [Chance to use the move: 1/8]
✶ 'Bio' (multi-target) deals damage between 162 and 225 with 50% chances to inflict Poison. [Chance to use the move: 1/8]
✶ 'Venom Powder' inflicts Venom (if not guarded) with 93% chances to hit. [Chance to use the move: 1/8]
✶ 'Viral Smoke' deals damage between 378 and 525 with 100% chances to inflict Virus. Can only be used once. [Chance to use the move: 3/8]
