The auto-cast of Berserk will target an enemy by default. To cast it on ourselves, the enemy must have Reflect, but it won't work if the enemy is immune to Berserk, as the immunity prevents it before Reflect is triggered. In this case, we need to cast Confu first so it will be reflected onto us, and once confused, we can cast Berserk on ourselves directly.
This won't work if the enemy is immune to Confusion. However, we can cast Tornado (with a 31% chance to inflict Confusion) instead of Confu. Since Tornado tries to deal damage, Reflect will still trigger despite the immunity to Confusion.
Yuffie has the strongest Limit Break in FFVII. With 255 Attack, level 99, 4 Hero Drinks, Critical (Lucky Girl) and Berserk; All Creation can overflow Ultimate Weapon (120 Def) with 100% chance. Note: Red XIII can also overflow Ultimate Weapon.

Note: Hidden element is gained from Elemental linked to any non-Support, non-element materia on the armor. Yuffie and Cait Sith absorb Ultima Beam because this attack has the Hidden element.
Fun fact: There are like 7 or 8 Hidden elemental attacks from enemies, and some of them can be interesting if you don't have enough right Accessories or Added Effect for every character. For example, nullifying or absorbing Hidden also prevents:
Silence and Confusion from Dorky Faces
Sleep and Darkness from Marines and Attack Squads
Slow-numb from Demon's Gate, Cokatolis and Gagighandis
Petrify from Bagrisk
Ultima Beam from Ultima Weapon
Halving it halves the chance to get these ailments.
