Description: The workshop aims to provide a tour on using BioEngine, a container based cloud service framework for running AI models, for performing web- and cloud-based image analysis. We will provide basic introduction on the framework, and hands on sessions to guide user to develop tools based on BioEngine.
Pre-Workshop Instructions: The user are expected to have basic training in Python
