Dough:
390 g flour
120 g milk
120 g of water
57 g butter
32 g sugar
4 g salt
3 g dry yeast

Filling:
90 g sugar
60 g butter
5 g cinnamon
2 g of cardamom

1. In a bowl mix warm milk, warm water, sugar, salt, yeast and softened butter and combine everything together.
2. Gradually add flour and knead a smooth elastic dough.
3. Cover the kneaded dough with a towel and let stand for 30 minutes in a warm place.
4. For the filling, mix cardamom, brown sugar and cinnamon.
5. Roll out the dough into a thin rectangle about 55 * 30 cm.
6. Divide it conditionally into three parts, you can make notes.
7. Spread soft butter on 2/3 dough.
8. Sprinkle them with a mixture of sugar and spices.
9. Now put the dough in an envelope as shown in the video.
10. Roll it out a little and trim the edges of the dough so that the envelope is even.
11. Cut the dough into strips about 3 cm.
12. Divide each strip into 2 more parts, but without cutting to the end, one end should be whole.
13. Now you need to twist the nodules, as shown in the video.
The main ends should be well clamped together, but not too tightly tightened dough, because they will still grow.
14. Fold all the buns on a baking sheet, cover with cling film or linen and let stand in a warm place for another 30-60 minutes.
15. Brush the buns with egg, sprinkle with sugar if desired and bake at 210ʼС for about 10-15 minutes, until румʼяної crust.
