Fairy Tale Wedding
We knew Raneesha when she was a baby, living with her parents in Hong Kong, where she was born.
After her fairy tale wedding in Sri Lanka, she brought her husband Dileepa to stay with us in Malaysia.
She candidly admitted of her parents, "I was their little princess, so they gave me the wedding of my dreams."
In full traditional Singhalese regalia, no holds barred. And she brought us the video and wedding pictures to prove it.
I tried to get the hang of what she was saying when she shook her head.
"It looks like a fabulous wedding," I remarked.
She smilingly shook her head from side to side.
"It wasn't?" I responded in some bewilderment.
She smilingly shook her head up and down to indicate the affirmative. "It was."
