I've been playing around with some new watercolor papers lately to see how the hold onto the paint, hold onto the water and see how they work with the way I like to paint and I know it's hard to really know what a paper is going to be like until you get it in your own hands to work with it.
In this video I am working with Canson Moulin Du Roy 140lb Rough Press watercolor paper.
This paper is made with 100% cotton and has a decent amount of sizing to it so it takes a little bit of work to get it ready for painting with. Overall I'm really enjoying using this paper.
Let me know if there's a watercolor paper you'd like me to review!
