I'm finally getting around to testing out some 300LB watercolor paper that I bought last year. One of my favorite things to paint is a misty forest or misty mountain scene. There are so many foggy/cloudy/rainy days where I live and I absolutely love it! The way the clouds and fog sweep through trees and mountains is truly magical.

I've done most of my paintings on 140lb watercolor paper so this was a good exercise to figure out how I would like 300lb watercolor paper, it's heavier so it doesn't buckle as much when it's wet so it was easier to control the paint. I'm looking forward to working this this paper again in future videos and to try another pad on 300lb watercolor paper I have from a different brand.

These are all my own supplies and nothing is sponsored, I just let you know what I'm using so you can check it out as well!
