If that is a single YouTube channel that you want to quickly unsubscribe from, then follow these steps below [❗ does not work on PC]
Launch the YouTube app
Tap SUBSCRIPTIONS from the bottom menu.
Find a video from the channel whose videos you no longer wish to see in YouTube feed.
Tap the three-dot icon beneath a video, and tap "UNSUBSCRIBE".

Launch the YouTube app
Tap SUBSCRIPTIONS from the bottom menu.
Tap "ALL" from the top of the Subscriptions page (skip this step if you are on PC).
You will see the channel list. Tap MANAGE from the top right corner.
If you are on a smartphone, hold your finger on the channel's name until the red "UNSUBSCRIBE" button on your right appears, then tap "UNSUBSCRIBE".
If you are on a PC, simply click the "UNSUBSCRIBE" button next to the channel.
Repeat for as many channels as you want to unsubscribe from.
The longer way of removing YouTube subscriptions would be to visit the channel's page and clicking the UNSUBSCRIBE button. But why go to every single channel page when you want to know how to unsubscribe from YouTube channels fast?
