THE VALE - Autumn In The Valley (EP 2017)
Hah, I was quite surprised to know that this Finnish band The Vale is actually came from the ashes of Ovenizer. Well, I've managed to review one of Ovenizer materials before and now I've got another stuffs from them but in the form of The Vale. This is actually an old EP back in 2017 or to be specific is their debut EP. I dont have their recent stuffs so I cant say about their musical progression todate. Anyway to compare with the Ovenizer style then I would say The Vale really far away different than the old band. The Vale musical style seems more soft and gentle than the heavy death like style by Ovenizer. There are some experimental sounds and its almost like the progressive modern Rock with a lil catchy melodies instead of pure metal style. Clean harmony vocal with a lil harsh instead of growling or screaming. Hah, The Vale sounds is absolutely different than what they have done in Ovenizer. I think some of metalheads might be keep a distance from them hahaa.. Ok, Autumn In The Valley contain 5 catchy trax and I guess its can only enjoy by those open minded rockers or metallers. Those of pure BM or brutal DM or even Thrash maniax pls stay away hahaa.. So, thats all mate. Just an average stuffs by The Vale as an opener to the scene 2 years ago.
