I think this album still worth my review eventhough it was already dusty hahaa.. Yes indeed and it was actually unleashed back in 2017 by Wormholedeath Rec. However the actual album was self released earlier than that by the band in 2016. So it was really really dusty and I guess some of the line-up already left the band and they have a new line-up todate. Anyway I still think that this album is their benchmark for this band to move forward. So The Dark Side need some of my lousy words in this year of 2019 hahaa.. Ok, we have 10 trax including an intro. For your info all of these trax actually was unleashed as a single each in the net and it was compiled in an album. So The Dark Side seems like Kliodna debut album I must say. Ok, lets talk about this band a bit. Kliodna is the Symphonic Power Metal band and was born in the Belarus since 2013. Hmm.. its quite interesting to meet this band from an unknown region. Consist of 5 members with the female lead singer. I was actually quite astonishing by the vox as she had a very enchanting voice hahaa.. It was really possessing me like a magic potion. It was so tasty, milky and sweety. Ok, lets touch a bit about the music and it was clearly to say that they have a very nice and good musical compositions. Its a Symphonic Metal with lots of Power Metal style. They have all the great ingredients inside and being cook nicely in this album. We have the melodic, melancholic, operatic, heaviness, creativeness especially the guitarworks and of course the catchiness. The catchy riffing really make me stick to this album quite longer and keep on spinning it nonstop hahaa.. So, thats all I can say about this great album. Its really fresh, energetic and timeless as you will love to play it after many-many years ahead. By the way I have a gentle reminder for those brutal and evil metalheads. Pls stay away from this album coz it will bleeds your nose hahaa.. By the way if you are devoted to Nightwish, Leave's Eyes just to name a few then this is all yours.
