REDPACK / DNL "6 pack" Electronic Tomato Feeder with Redpack P325E-T Trayless Flow Wrapper
Redpack Packaging Machinery are based near Norwich in England and manufacture the increasingly popular range of Redpack Trayless and Redpack NTS (Top Seal) flow wrappers, which are taking the fresh fruit and vegetable industry by storm worldwide.
The Redpack P325E-T Trayless flow wrapper is a machine specifically designed for damage-free flow wrapping of trayless products, such as tomatoes, apples, avocado's, citrus, peppers etc, either hand placed upon the infeed or automatically feed at speeds from 10-120+ packs per minute.
This particular video shows the Redpack / DNL Automatic "6 Pack" Tomato Feeder feeding graded tomatoes of approx size 47-57mm dia, at speeds of up to 70 x "6's" per minute then "Traylessley" flow wrapped through the REDPACK P325E-T Flow Wrapper.
The Redpack Trayless Flow Wrapper is able to wrap punnets, trays etc as well as trayless products on the one machine. The specially designed infeed system ensures the products have a "friction-free" transfer into the wrapping machine. "Trayless" packaging provides a more environmentally friendly and lower packaging material solution compared to existing tray packaging formats.
