Change Google Fit's TimeStamp to a readable Date format|| Change the time stamp of your Google fit data to a readable and understandable date and time format
You may be using Google fit to keep track of your weight and other fitness data. Google fit allows you to export your data, so you can analyze them in Excel.
But if you downloaded your Google fit data, you noticed that the date is in Unix timestamp format, which is not exactly very useful for a human.
If you already tried to Google it and none of the solutions worked that’s because the timestamp Google fit uses is in nanoseconds and not milliseconds.
Here’s the formula you can use to convert Google Fit’s Unix timestamp to a readable date format. Go to the cell next to the Unix timestamp and type equals F2, open parentheses, 1 and 9 zeros, times 60, times 60, times 24, close parentheses, plus 1/1/1970. =F21/(1000000000*60*60*24)+"1/1/1970"
You can also use the date format of your choice and since Google fit also keeps track of the time, you can also select a date and time format, showing both the date and the time of the recording.
