1/4 cup baked beans / Boiled rajma
1/2 cup blanched tomato puree
1 tbsp Red chilli powder / Paprika powder
1tsp roasted jeera powder
1 tsp Mexican seasoning / Oregano / Chilli flakes
5 cups Vegetable stock / warm water
Soup cube
pinch Orange-red colour (optional)
1/4 tsp Aromatic powder (optional)
Corn Starch slurry (as required)
Parsley / Coriander leaves Handful (finely chopped)
2 tsp Lemon juice
Pinch Sugar
Fried Tortilla chips (for topping)
Avocado Slices (for topping)
FOR TORTILLA CHIPS-
2 tortillas
Oil for frying
1/2 tsp Paprika powder / red chilli powder
Salt (according to taste)
