Mango float de leche is the perfect dessert for your upcoming gathering! Try this recipe now!
No-bake refrigerator cakes are both satisfying and refreshing, and we, Filipinos, love them. Why? In a tropical country like ours, we definitely want something to cool as down like this sweet treat. This mango float de leche is a combination of two Filipino favorites: mango float and leche flan. Leche flan is a staple in our feasts or celebrations. It is a custard dessert with a layer of caramel sauce and custard. On the other hand, mango float is made of layers of Graham crackers, ripe carabao mangoes, cream, and condensed milk. Before Graham crackers, ladyfingers or broas were used.
In this recipe, you can either make your own flan or buy from someone you know.
