How to Collect Retentate Samples After Ultrafiltration or Diafiltration Without Using a Pipette?
Vivaspin®️ 2 and Vivacon®️ centrifugal ultrafilters are reverse-spin capable for fast and easy retentate collection. After sample concentration or buffer exchange, simply discard the filtrate, invert the ultrafilter and insert it into the filtrate tube, and spin again.
With Vivaspin®️ 2 and Vivacon®️ 2 the retentate is collected into the collection cap, and with Vivacon®️ 500 it can be collected directly into a fresh tube.
