ISM Requirements Instruction Video
At ISM Systems, we encourage our clients to send their support requests to us in the form of a video so that we can conveniently see the issues that you have, assign the requirement properly to our support staff internally, and reduce the time involved with communicating the issues. Here we will demonstrate what we believe is the most convenient method for creating a requirements video.
How to do a video requirement:
1) Make a list of your requirements in an email
2) Open tabs in your browser on a relevant page for each requirement
3) Start a recording in VidYard
4) Go through each item on your list and then show us the issue in the associated tab
5) End your VidYard recording
6) After the video processes, click “Share”
7) Copy the link provided by VidYard and paste it into your email.
8) Send the email containing your list and the video link to [email protected] or create an action on your portal login.
