What does a life of leisure truly look like? Ahead of his solo show Grotto Domestic at Unit next month, artist Jeremy Olson takes viewers on a journey underground to a world removed from the pressures of modern living. Winding through womb-like caves, furnished with natural pools of water and rock formations alongside stylish modern furniture, Olson has an uncanny ability to present Utopian concepts in an unsettlingly dystopian manner.
Grotto Domestic runs at Unit from 29 May - 3 July 2024.
