Users Management provides you with central access to manage the many aspects of your members. You may search for a specific member by entering their ID number in the search field. The advanced search option allows a search based on one or more pieces of data. You may filter the display by clicking the link at the top of this module. Click on a member's name to open the account information module where you will see a number of tapped pages containing the member's details. Hover over a member's name and select from the pop-out menu to view a list of other member related options, ranging from adjusting a member's commission to deactivating or even deleting the member.
You may also use this page to add a new record to your system by hovering over the Add button and selecting the new record type from the displayed list. If your level of security access allows, you may login as if you were this user by clicking the login as user button. This allows you to see the site as if you were that person to help you resolve an issue that you just can't when logged in as an administrator or service rep.
