24 Form Yang Tai Chi - Animated with Instructions
This animated video of the Yang style Simplified 24 Taiji Form is based on the little A5 illustrated book which was first published by the People's Sports Publishing House in China in 1973.
The video contains the original 173 illustrations with some additions and modifications to incorporate some of the major transitions.
The voice-over instructions are provided as an aid to learning the main movements and the transitions.
