How to make a no shake Ramos Gin Fizz
I present to thee, the no-shake Ramos gin fizz
Spec
2 oz gin
1 oz aquafaba
1 oz rich coconut water syrup
1/2 oz lemon
1/2 oz lime
Orange blossom water
Saline
Blend 10-15 sec *
Add 1 oz heavy cream & 3-5 small ice cubes (around 45g)
Blend until ice is dissolved and everything is frothy and cold
Pour over cold soda just to the rim, allow the foam to set for about a minute or 2
Top with remaining cocktail (the denser liquid will sink causing the head to rise)
Whole thing takes like 6 min if you have your mise en place
