特定伝統料理海外普及事業
・特定伝統料理海外普及事業で発給されるビザは、日本料理を海外に正しく普及・発信できる人材の育成を目的としており、京都市が指定する日本料理店で、働きながら京料理を学ぶ期間について滞在の許可をしています。
・勤務先で、しっかりと京料理の技術・知識の習得に取り組み、帰国後日本料理の魅力を広めるために取り組んでください。
・それぞれ国によって文化や考え方の違いはありますが、それも修業と捉え、受け入れるよう努力してください。
・The visa issued under the International Promotion Program of Kyoto’s Traditional Cuisine is issued with the aim of cultivating human talent capable of properly disseminating and spreading awareness of Japanese cuisine outside Japan; it allows visa-holders to stay in Japan while learning traditional Kyoto cuisine by working at specified Japanese restaurants in Kyoto City.
・Participants in this program are expected to work assiduously, at the restaurant at which they have been accepted, to acquire the techniques and knowhow of Kyoto cuisine, and to spread awareness of the appeal of Japanese cuisine after returning to their home country.
・Different countries have different cultural traditions and attitudes, and participants are expected to treat the process of adapting to these as a learning opportunity, and to do their best to adjust to them.
