Recipe for : Weight Loss Chickpea Salad

Ingredients
Chole/Kabuli Chana 1 cup
Avacado 1/2cup
Raw Mango 1/3cup
Red Onion 1/2cup
Tomatoes 1/2cup
Fresh Coriander/Cilantro 1/3cup
Fresh Mint Leaves 4-5
For Dressing
Black Pepper 1/2 tsp
Chaat Masala 1 tsp
Black Salt to taste
Roasted Cumin 1/2 tsp
Oil Oil 1 tbsp
Green Chilli 1tsp
Half Lemon
Method
1. Mix Chole/Kabuli Chana and all the veggies in a bowl .
2. Mix all the dressing ingredients in a separate bowl and rest it for 5-10 mins before adding it to the salad.
3. Mix Dressing ,chole and veggies
4. Enjoy fresh salad .

छोले / काबुली चना 1 कप

कच्चा आम 1/3 कप
लाल प्याज 1/2 कप
टमाटर 1/2 कप
ताजा धनिया 1/ 3 कप
ताजा टकसाल 4-5 पत्तियां
चटनी के लिए
काली मिर्च 1/2 चम्मच
चाट मसाला 1 चम्मच
काला नमक स्वाद के लिए
भुना जीरा 1/2 चम्मच
तेल तेल 1 बड़ा चम्मच
हरी मिर्च 1चम्मच
आधा नींबू
तरीका
1. एक कटोरे में छोले / काबुली चना और सभी सब्जियों को मिलाएं।
2. सभी ड्रेसिंग सामग्री को एक अलग कटोरे में मिलाएं और सलाद में मिश्रण से पहले इसे 5-10 मिनट के लिए आराम दें।
3. मिक्सिंग ड्रेसिंग, चूज़े और वेजीज़
4. ताजा सलाद का आनंद लें
