i first had this soup at a very well known restaurant Olive garden. With so many vegetables ,Macaroni,bean and very slightly seasoning. i found this macaroni soup a perfect treat for the dinner table .So thought of trying this pasta soup at home.Usually people use Macaroni is this wheras you can you any pasta of your choice and also the veggies of your choice.Its really healthy soup since we are using so many vegetables in this.You can also say its an extended version of tomato soup because the very first step we do to make this soup is grinding the Tomatoes.
