In 2023, over 70% of companies chose to adopt skills-based hiring methods. We surveyed 1500 employers and found that:

🎯 74% of companies reduced cost-to-hire
🎯 82% of companies reduced total time-to-hire
🎯 89% of companies increased employee retention
