Teracopy to back up virtual box virtual hard drive + restore Virtual Box drive from Backup
I'll show you how to backup your Virtual Box drive images to another hard drive with Teracopy file coppy.
Right click your .VDI file which is your virtual box hard drive file and pick teracopy from the right click menu. Then you pick a location in Teracopy and it will automatically copy your VirtualBox Hard drive to your chosen location. You can also set up Teracopy to verify and shutdown your computer when you are done copying.
To restore your VirtualBox file from back up just remount it in the Storage setting for Virtual box.
TeraCopy can also be used to copy your music, document, and other file types!
