I’m grateful I got to live part of my work dream by teaching yoga three mornings by the sea in Mexico and look forward to more such yoga adventures. 12 years ago I took the leap to quit formal employment to follow my passion to teach yoga and design clothes. But before I could do this I had to do some internal dialogue about my truths on what makes me happiest and what I value. Maybe you have already had these conversations with yourself or are in the process of having such conversations. Even though I have had these conversations in the past this year I'm having updated versions for where I am now and where I want to go from here….
This connection to and updating one's truth is probably one of the reasons I love the throat chakra routine like the one we do this week in class. Tomorrow’s class, Monday, 1st November 17:45 CAT or 9:45 am MDT is open to all in the online yoga studio. Remember the 1st Monday of the month class is open to all, so feel free to share with friends and family you feel could benefit from yoga.
