Alright yogis - Here's a simple way to get the arms through your Padmasana when setting up for Garbha Pindasana & Kukkutasana. Known widely as one of the notoriously difficult parts of the Primary Series, these postures have the potential to throw practitioners way off course in the process of setting up to begin the pose, to the point that there's often complete abandonment of the vinyasa count and breathing method, which should really not be considered a perfectly normal way to approach this on a consistent basis. I'll add here that for those that do still rely on using the spray bottle as a necessary tool for this asana, it would really be worth your while to have your own one easily accessible and to focus on consciously maintaining your breath if & when you need to use it. Be conscious of any and every break in the continuity of your practice and make an effort to smooth these out over time as you develop more proficiency and comfort with the postures you're practicing. I hope these techniques will be a valuable part of your practice moving forward. Good luck with it & enjoy the process as it unfolds in time. Much Love, E.
