Recipe:
8 chicken drumsticks
2 Tb olive oil
2 Tb curry powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp ground cumin
1/2 tsp turmeric
Salt and pepper to taste
Fresh cilantro for garnish , optional
Preheat air fryer to 400°
Pat dry chicken with paper towels (makes skin crispy )
In large bowl, combine olive oil, curry powder, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, cumin, turmeric, and salt and pepper.
Toss drumsticks in spice mix until evenly coated.
Arrange drumsticks in air fryer basket in a single layer . Do not over crowd .
Air fry 25-30 minutes turning 1/2 way through until drumsticks are golden brown and reach an internal temp of 165°
Garnish with chopped cilantro if desired
