Burble gets an invitation from the orphanage he lived in as a kid for a "Be Ready for Anything Jamboree" event they're having. While reconnecting with the couple who run the orphanage and helping the Rangers talk about storm preparedness, two orphan admirers of Burble attempt to practice windsurfing out on the orphanage's lake in hopes of showing off to the big polar bear. But when an actual storm starts brewing, can the two make it to safety or will the Rangers have to step in?
