Paris is besieged by multiple incidents of children mistaking medicine for candy, leading to accidental poisonings left and right. At the center of it all is a poodle scientist named Henri Ennui, who uses an invention of his to stink up the world's candy supply; holding it hostage for a sum of 50 million dollars. Can the Danger Rangers be able to confiscate all of the rancid candy? Can they prevent further poisonings? Why does Kitty seem to have a history with Ennui?
