Fallbot starts feeling underused and underappreciated as a member of the team after he's left out on a mission to Cancun to save a water part from out-of-control water features. When the team heads off to England to assist in the start of a worldwide swimming pool campaign, Fallbot sneaks aboard. Meanwhile, the perpetrators of the Cancun incident, Commander Octodon and his partners-in-crime, Lobster Theodore and Joey Clams, set out to sabotage the Rangers' actions in order to keep their plans for an underwater base to raise the oceans in motion. But when Fallbot witnesses the sabotage, can he prove who did it when the Rangers discover he stowed away?
