LIVING IN The New Hyundai Ioniq 6 (Part 2) - I Gatecrashed A Petrolhead Meet!
Hello guys, welcome back to Car Obsession, and welcome to the second and final part of my 24 hours in the Hyundai Ioniq 6. You join me the next morning after getting a surprisingly good sleep in the car. I head to Fuel Coffee House, then on to Caffeine and Machine for what turned out to quite the attendance! There were plenty of things to set a petrolhead's tongue wagging, so it caused a bit of a stir turning up in an electric vehicle!
In this instalment I discuss the styling of the Hyundai Ioniq 6, get distracted by some lovely cars at Caffeine and Machine, discuss the space and trim levels as well as battle the somewhat woeful UK charging infrastructure.
The new Hyundai Ioniq 6 2023 Ultimate features a 77.4kWh battery and can either be had in rear wheel drive (228hp) or all wheel drive, as featured here, which produces 325hp along with 605Nm of torque. 0-62mph is done in 5.1 seconds and the top speed is 115mph. More importantly, when it comes to range you can expect up to 338 miles.
When it comes to charging, you can get the new Hyundai Ioniq 6 2023 Ultimate from 10%-80% in just 18 minutes when using a 350kW charger, it will take 73 minutes to get same result when using a 50kW charger, and when using a 11kW charger it will take 7 hours 10 minutes to get from 0 to 100%.
