I Let ChatGPT-4o Analyze The Last 6 Months of My Diary
I recently had a random idea to give ChatGPT access to the last six months of my diary—a place where I hold no filters whatsoever—to see what it could make of it. Honestly, I was disappointed.
I use ChatGPT daily, so I wasn’t expecting miracles, but I did hope for more than just the generic advice of "stepping outside your comfort zone is where real growth lies." Surprisingly, I still managed to make an 8-minute video out of the experience.
In the end, I'll be posting this as a failed experiment. My hypothesis was that with six months of real, raw data, the AI could provide tailored advice. I was mistaken. AI still has a long way to go before it becomes truly life-changing.
