Cookies with Nutella | Simple and delicious recipe
Sweet homemade cookies with chocolate and nutty flavor. After tasting it, you will be pleasantly surprised by the chocolate surprise you will find inside. And we will complement each cookie with crispy sesame seeds.
Cookie Ingredients (approximately 15-20):
Flour - 120 gr.;
Eggs - 1 pc.;
Nutella - 180 gr.
Decoration:
Nutella - 100 gr.;
Sesame seeds to taste.
Cooking:
1. Place Nutella and one egg in a bowl. Mix the ingredients well with a mixer.
2. Add the sifted flour and mix everything with a spatula until a smooth and homogeneous mixture is obtained.
3. Wrap the finished dough with a transparent film and put in the refrigerator for 15-20 minutes.
4. Remove the dough from the refrigerator and use your hands to form balls weighing approximately 15 grams. every. Transfer them to a baking sheet lined with baking paper.
5. Use your fingers or a bottle cap to flatten the center of each dough ball. Place Nutella in a piping bag fitted with a star tip and fill the center of the cookie. Sprinkle the cookies with sesame seeds.
6. Bake in a preheated 170° oven for about 10 minutes.
7. When the cookies are ready (they should remain soft enough), put them on a wire rack to cool. You can dust the cookies with powdered sugar and serve. Enjoy the taste!
Storage.
Store Nutella Cookies at room temperature in a glass jar for up to a week. Freezing is not recommended.
Advice.
Observe the cooking time, otherwise the cookies run the risk of drying out! Any nuts or seeds can be used in place of sesame seeds.
