Fig Jam - Corky's Honey Delight Figs
Honey Fig Jam getting made from the Corky's Honey Delight Fig tree in our yard. These figs are very sweet!
I am terrible with recipes, as I always make batches of jam like this to taste.
Added to the figs: 1/2 cup sugar, 1 1/2 tbsp cinnamon, 3 tbsp vanilla
Hot water bath canned for 17 mins. disclaimer - please follow recommended guidelines that have been determined to be safe practices.
