Carrot Harvest Jan 2022
Quick video of us doing a selective harvest from one of our raised beds. There is a mix of carrots here, Parisienne, Kuda, Danvers, and Black Nebula.
We used succession planting to allow us to get several weeks worth of really good harvests. this has allowed us to harvest and process our carrots in smaller batches. keeps us from getting too much going at any time. plus keeps us in fresh carrots for several months.
