Inside our Public Speaking Workshop for Software Engineers
To help our Software Engineers to put their best foot forward in our annual internal Software Engineering Community Conference, our Tech Academy organised a Public Speaking Workshop before the conference. Yonatan Berman, Senior Learning Manager, explains how events like this support the development of our colleagues.
The conference unites engineers from various parts of the Zalando. Across two days, this event promotes knowledge sharing and networking, enhancing collaboration among teams and tech hubs in Berlin, Dortmund, Dublin, Zurich, Helsinki, and Stockholm.
