As salaamu alaikum friends! I’m finally back! It was my preliminary exam week last week and I just COULD NOT balance having 3 exams a day, cooking and filming and editing vlogs. I really missed vlogging though so I’m so happy to be back! 8n today’s vlog I show you guys my go to marinade for wedges and how to make chicken wings in the air fryer! I also talk about some tips and tricks on how to balance med school and the home and study tips during Ramadan!

How to make Chicken Wings in the Air Fryer:
The marinade:
In a bowl, combine:
1/3 cup of brown sugar
1/3 cup of white sugar
3 TBSP of salt
2 TBSP chilli powder
2 TBSP black powder
2 TBSP paprika
1 TBSP cumin
1 TBSP garlic powder
Mix this all together and then take 2 TBSP of this mixture and use it to marinade 500g of chicken wings (save the rest for easy marination in the future)
Cook in the airfryer for 15 min and then turn each piece and cook for another 10 min (time also depends on the kind of airfryer you have so just cook until it is crisp and golden)
How to cook wedges in the airfryer:
In a bowl, add:
3 TBSP of Olive oil
1/2 tsp chilli powder
1/2 tsp of salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
3 cloves of finely chopped garlic
1/4 of thyme
Mix all together and coat each potato wedge in this marinade
Cook in the airfryer until golden brown (don’t forget to flip sides half way)
