Disney Data Leak Exposes Financial Secrets, Cloud Credentials, and Personal Information
A recent data leak from Disney, released by hackers earlier this summer, contains sensitive financial and strategic information, as well as personal data of some staff and customers, according to The Wall Street Journal. The leak reveals detailed revenue figures for services like Disney+ and ESPN+, pricing strategies for theme parks, and even what appear to be login credentials for Disney's cloud systems. The 1.1 terabytes of data, leaked by a group called Nullbulge, includes over 44 million messages from Disney's Slack platform, along with 18,800 spreadsheets and 13,000 PDFs.
